Summer is short. Spend it on the beach, not on changeover day
The maths is the same every year. Guests leave at 10, the next ones arrive at 16, and between them sits six hours in which the whole house has to be turned around. If you live in Aarhus or Copenhagen, add the drive each way. A changeover day really costs you a whole Saturday in high summer.
We take it from 800 kr. That is less than a single rental night, and you get your Saturday back. We are driving the route in the area that day anyway, so you pay for the cleaning and not for the travel.
There is a business side to it too. Cleanliness is the single thing guests mention most in reviews, and a house that smells clean at 16:00 earns more stars than one rushed through at 15:45. We work from the same fixed list every time, so week 28 looks exactly like week 33.
Summer month by month

Frequently asked questions
Yes, but Saturdays in July are what fills first. Book in spring if you can. If you have fixed rental weeks, we schedule the whole season at once so you know every day is covered.
Typically 2 to 5 hours on site, depending on the size and condition of the house and how many beds have to be changed. We plan so the house is ready before check-in time.
Yes, if it is ready in the house. We can also collect linen from your rental agency. Laundry off site is agreed separately.
We photograph it and message you straight away, before we start any extra work. You decide whether we spend the extra time, and you have documentation if a deposit needs adjusting.
