Skjern is the largest town in Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune with around 6,900 people, and it is the town in our immediate area where most moves happen. Rental housing here is a mix of social housing associations and private lets around the centre and Bredgade, and each landlord has their own inspection report. We work to that, not to a list of ours. The town also has real commercial activity along Enghavevej and around the railway station, so we take offices, clinics and smaller shops here too.
It is twenty minutes from our base in Hemmet, so Skjern is a town we can reach without adding travel, and we are here every week regardless. That means we can come and look at the property first if the job is hard to describe over the phone, which gives a more accurate price than an estimate made at a distance. The price is agreed as a fixed figure before we start.
