Most summer house and Airbnb jobs take 2 to 5 hours on site for our team, depending on the size and condition of the house and how many beds have to be changed. Below you'll see our typical starting prices for guest-ready standard cleaning, the kind of cleaning that makes your guests want to give top marks for cleanliness.
Poor cleaning is one of the most common reasons for low reviews on vacation rentals. We have experience from the summer house industry and know what guests notice, so you can get the highest possible cleaning scores every time.

Move-out cleaning
Move-out cleaning (package), starting prices
Move-out cleaning is a thorough cleaning package for empty homes, typically when handing over to landlord or preparing for move-in. We can make it 'inspection-ready' according to landlord's checklist.
Important:
If landlord/housing association has special requirements (checklist), they must be sent to us before cleaning. Extra requirements may affect price and time.
Package typically includes:
- All rooms: dusting/wiping surfaces, panels/trim, frames/doors, switches (surface), vacuuming and mopping
- Kitchen: cabinets/drawers inside/outside, oven/stove, extractor hood (incl. filter), fridge/freezer (cleaned/defrosted)
- Bathroom: descaling tiles, fixtures, shower and toilet, mirrors, drains/grates (where possible)
- Windows: interior + frames/reveals
Exterior windows (apartments):
We clean exterior windows where it's safe and accessible, typically up to 1st floor with long squeegee. Above 1st floor only by arrangement. If windows can be tilted/opened inward, they can be cleaned from inside.

Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning, starting prices
A deep clean is a reset of the home while you keep living in it. We go after what has built up over months: limescale, grease, dust on top of and behind things, the insides of cupboards and behind the appliances. We recommend it as the start of a regular agreement, so the recurring visits afterwards only have to hold the level.
A deep clean typically includes:
- Kitchen: cupboards and drawers inside, oven, extractor and filter, fridge pulled out and cleaned behind
- Bathroom: shower, glass, taps and tiles descaled with real contact time, grout with a brush
- Every room: ceilings and corners, tops of cupboards and doors, skirting, trim, radiators, switches and handles
- Windows: inside including frames and rebates

The starting price applies to a home in normal condition. If the home has not had a deep clean for years, or there is smoke, building dust or pets, we agree the surcharge after a viewing. We always see the home, or get photos, before giving a final price.
Prefer to pay by the hour?
We can also work hourly at 400 DKK per hour per person including VAT. We are normally a dedicated local team. For most homes the fixed starting price above works out lower and more predictable.

These prices apply to guest-ready standard cleaning between groups in summer houses and Airbnb properties. Tasks are performed by our fixed team, experienced in changeover days and high season.

Starting prices for private and commercial
For private homes and commercial premises, we typically make a fixed arrangement where the price depends on size, frequency and content. Below are indicative descriptions, the final price is agreed after a brief review or visit to the address.

Prices for private and commercial depend on number of m², number of rooms, how often cleaning is desired, and whether extra services such as external windows, small garden help or carpet cleaning are added.

Frequently asked questions about prices
It depends on the size and condition of the property. An apartment of 50-80 m² typically takes 3-4 hours for our team. Larger homes or houses take longer. We always provide an estimate upfront.
Yes. The Danish service deduction (servicefradrag) covers things like ordinary cleaning, window cleaning and dishwashing in your own home. There is an annual cap per person, and the rates change from year to year, so check the current figures on skat.dk. The deduction makes regular help at home cheaper than many people think.
Our starting prices are 2,700 kr up to 70 m² and 3,600 kr for 71-100 m². Above 100 m² we quote after a viewing. The starting price applies to a home in normal condition. If it has not had a deep clean for years, or there is smoke, building dust or pets, we agree the surcharge up front. We always see the home, or get photos, before giving a final price, so you never get an invoice you did not agree to. If you prefer hourly, it is 400 kr per hour per person including VAT.
Exterior, easily accessible windows can be added for one-time jobs (typically +300-400 DKK depending on size). With recurring cleaning in the same property at least 2 times per month, exterior windows are often included. Large homes or lots of glass are priced by agreement.
Because they are two different jobs. A recurring clean has fixed hours and holds a level. If the home has a backlog, those hours go to the backlog and something else is always left waiting. That is why we recommend starting with a deep clean: the whole home is reset once, nothing gets overlooked, and afterwards the fixed hours are enough to hold the level plus one deep task per visit in rotation, the oven one time and the windows the next.

You can pay in several ways: bank transfer to a Danish bank account, MobilePay or cash. We also accept cash payment in euros. For international customers we are happy to provide our IBAN for a transfer from abroad. We always issue an invoice, also when you pay in cash, so you have documentation. For companies and rental agencies we send an invoice with VAT. Please note: if you want to use the service deduction (servicefradrag), the payment must be made electronically and not in cash.
