Overview
What a regular cleaning agreement actually solves
Most people do not call us because they cannot clean. They call because the cleaning always ends up on a Sunday, and because it gets pushed again and again until the bathroom and the kitchen have piled up into a full day's work.
A regular agreement moves the cleaning out of that pile. There is a day in the calendar, the tasks are agreed in advance, and you do not have to make a decision every time. That is the difference that makes a standing agreement feel different from booking one deep clean.
How often makes sense?
Weekly typically suits homes with children, pets or a lot of activity, where kitchen and bathroom take a beating.
Every two weeks is the most common choice with us. It keeps the home in reasonable shape without becoming a big expense.
Every four weeks can work in smaller homes or for couples without children, but expect to maintain it yourself between visits.
Why the same team matters
We are a local company working together as a dedicated local team. That means the same team comes into your home every time. We learn where things go, which floors tolerate what, and what you care about. You avoid briefing a new person every month, and you avoid a rotation of strangers in the house.
What you should ask before saying yes to anyone
What exactly is in the fixed price, and what is an add-on? Do the same people come every time? Is the company CVR-registered and insured? What happens if you fall ill or go on holiday? How long is the notice period? We are happy to answer all five, and you should get clear answers from whoever you choose.

Getting started
From first contact to a fixed rhythm
We talk about the home
Size, number of rooms and bathrooms, pets, how often you want us, and what annoys you most today. WhatsApp is often the quickest way to reach us.
You get a quote
We come back with a fixed price per visit and a list of what is included. Typically within 24 hours on weekdays.
First visit
The first clean often takes a bit longer because we start from a different baseline. We walk around with you if you are home and note any special wishes.
A fixed rhythm
After that we run on fixed days. You do not need to be home. Many customers give us a key or a code, and we handle that confidentially.
The calculation is rarely money against money. It is hours against money.
Who we clean for
Our private customers
We run regular cleaning in private homes across the area around Hemmet, Skjern and Bork. The customers differ a lot, but the need looks similar: it should simply be sorted, without anyone having to keep an eye on it.
👨👩👦 Families with children
Two jobs, after-school activities and a house that gets used. Usually weekly or every two weeks, with the emphasis on kitchen, bathroom and floors.
👩💼 Busy couples and commuters
People who work far from home and would rather spend Friday evening on something else. Often every two weeks, frequently with windows added a couple of times a year.
👵 Older customers and people with physical limits
Cleaning gets heavy fast when a back or a shoulder gives up. We take the heavy parts: floors, bathroom, vacuuming and windows.
🏡 Homes used only part of the year
Homes that stand empty for periods, houses being sold and properties let out part of the year. We keep them fresh and aired.
Areas
Where we run regular house cleaning
Our regular private routes are in Ringkøbing-Skjern and Varde municipalities, with our base in Hemmet. We plan standing agreements into routes, which keeps both the price and the timings stable.
Live slightly outside the fixed routes? Ask anyway. If we can fit you into a day when we are nearby, we will say yes. See all areas.
Practical: keys, pets and cancellations
- Key or code: most of our regular customers are not home when we come. We store keys securely and without an address on them.
- Pets: dogs and cats are absolutely fine, just tell us in advance so we know.
- Cancellation: let us know in good time and we will move the visit rather than invoice it.
- Holidays: we take holidays too, and you get the dates well in advance so you can plan.
- Insurance and CVR: we are a registered Danish business and invoice with VAT.
What does regular house cleaning cost?
The price depends on the size of the home, how many rooms and bathrooms there are, how often we come, and which add-ons you want. Standing agreements cost less per visit than one-off cleans, because we can plan them into a route.
- A fixed price per visit, agreed in advance
- No multi-year lock-in, you can change the frequency along the way
- Quote typically within 24 hours on weekdays
- The labour cost can often be deducted via the Danish service deduction
Cleaning in private homes often qualifies for the Danish service deduction. Read how it works.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about private cleaning
Yes, we offer regular private cleaning weekly or every 14 days. You get the same team every time, so we get to know your home and know exactly what needs to be done.
Yes. We carry both business liability insurance and workers' accident insurance. That means if we accidentally cause damage to your home, furniture or belongings during the cleaning, it is covered. Our team is also covered if a work accident happens at your property. You can safely hand over the key to us.
Yes. The Danish service deduction (servicefradrag) covers things like ordinary cleaning, window cleaning and dishwashing in your own home. There is an annual cap per person, and the rates change from year to year, so check the current figures on skat.dk. The deduction makes regular help at home cheaper than many people think.
Yes, we also offer one-time cleaning and deep cleaning for private homes. This can be before/after a party, for spring cleaning, or just when you need extra help.
We normally expect a vacuum cleaner to be available. Everything else we bring: cleaning products, cloths, bin bags, and at least one toilet roll per bathroom. If there's no vacuum, just tell us-we usually have a backup so the cleaning can still be completed. If you have special requests or unusually high supply needs, we'll agree it in advance.
Yes. Skjern, Tarm and Ringkøbing are within our regular service area, and we've delivered move-out cleanings in Skjern, among others. We take on move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring private cleaning and smaller commercial jobs across all of Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality.
We are very thorough and detail-oriented and rarely miss anything. Our customers are happy and stay with us because the quality is consistent every time. If you are considering regular cleaning, you are welcome to try us once first. If you are satisfied, we continue at the same fixed price. We are happy to show you what we can do before you commit.
Because they are two different jobs. A recurring clean has fixed hours and holds a level. If the home has a backlog, those hours go to the backlog and something else is always left waiting. That is why we recommend starting with a deep clean: the whole home is reset once, nothing gets overlooked, and afterwards the fixed hours are enough to hold the level plus one deep task per visit in rotation, the oven one time and the windows the next.
