Nobody remembers a clean oven. They remember whether you were there
December is already full before cleaning is even mentioned. Work until the 23rd, the julefrokost, presents to buy, children with Lucia processions, and a shopping list that keeps growing. On top of that sits the unwritten rule that the house has to look extra good when the family arrives.
So people spend the 22nd and the 23rd on the oven, the windows and the floors, and start Christmas exhausted. That is a fair price to pay if you find cleaning enjoyable. Most people do not.
A deep clean starts at 2.700 kr. That is roughly two days of your December. The difference is that those two days do not come back, and nobody at the table on the 24th is going to mention the oven. They will remember whether you were present, or scrubbing while everyone else drank gløgg.

Book in October or early November. The 20th to the 23rd of December are the most requested days of the whole year and they fill well in advance. If you are late, ask anyway, we sometimes get cancellations.
