Cleanup the day after
New Year's morning is no time for dishes and tidying when everyone is tired after the party. We come and clean up so you can take it easy. We have only a few slots on 1 and 2 January, so let us know quickly.
Holiday home in winter
Winter is quiet on the West Coast with far fewer guests, typically a little busy the first two weeks of January and around Valentine's Day. More owners now choose Airbnb over a rental agency to save the fees, and then handle the changeovers themselves. We are happy to take the winter cleaning for you and keep an eye on the house at the same time, with checks after storm and frost.

The quiet months are the cheapest time to get things sorted
January and February are low season on the West Coast. The holiday homes stand empty, offices run calmly after New Year, and our calendar is the most flexible it gets all year. That is exactly why it is the right time for the big jobs.
A deep clean in January can go on a weekday with no guests arriving afterwards, where we have time to work in the right order instead of chasing a check-in time. The same goes for windows, carpets and the commercial work that has to happen outside opening hours.
Winter is also when an empty house takes damage. Damp, stale air and cold work away for months without anyone seeing it. A check with proper airing and a look at the bathroom, kitchen and corners costs nothing compared with finding mould in April.
