Move-out cleaning and cleaning in Esbjerg & Ribe

Esbjerg is the largest city in our area with around 72,000 people, and that changes the work entirely. There are far more flats here than in the surrounding towns, and therefore far more moves. Housing associations and private landlords each have their own inspection report, and that is what we work to, not our own checklist. The city is also Denmark largest fishing and offshore port, which means commercial tenancies, offices and staff housing where people come and go on work rotations rather than on the 1st of the month.

We drive to Esbjerg by arrangement from our base in Bork, and the trip takes about an hour. So it pays to group the work: a move-out clean and a deep clean on the same day, or a standing commercial agreement that makes the trip part of the week. The price is always agreed upfront, whether it is a two-room flat in the centre or a whole office, and no hourly bill follows afterwards.

The building stock in Esbjerg is wide-ranging, and that decides what a move-out clean actually takes. Ribe is its own case again: old buildings, uneven floors and a fair amount of letting to visitors, where the standard has to be the same every time.
